  1. Deliver countries or regions

Currently we can deliver to the following countries or regions: United States, and most countries and regions. (Excluding Sudan, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria)

  1. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.

(1) Order processing time: usually 1-2 business days.

It is the time elapsed between the time the customer places the order and the time the seller hands it over to the delivery service.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days after order confirmation/payment. Delays may occur for orders placed on weekends.

Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we will take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

(2) Shipping Time: Usually 5-14 business days. 

In general, the estimated delivery time is only 6-16 business days (including order processing time).

  1. Tracking

You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 2 business days). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.

If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will

resolve the issue within 48 hours.

  1. Before shipping

Order Cancellation:No charge fee.

Replacements and exchanges: No charge fee.

Change of Address: No charge fee.

Once a package is on its way, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us at

  1. After shipping

Order Cancellation:If your payment is complete but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund your money in full. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the order cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the order cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

Replacements and exchanges: If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the order cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

  1. Delivery time overrun

If your order is delayed, please contact us by email support@lvaizhats.com or call +86 18850339640/+86 18100609557 within 24 hours of placing your order. We will verify the situation with the shipping company in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and support.

If you haven't received the package, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.

  1. About taxes

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to. After you have placed your order, we’ll email you to seek your acceptance of these terms. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.

All orders are dispatched from China. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

* Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
